must have motions forum account
must have e-games forum account
QUALIFICATIONS
be as active as you can thru:

posted at least 5 replies/posts on motions forum (vis-a-vis/TGG hotseat)
posted at least 5 replies/posts on e-games forum (TGG threads)

send a group message at least once a month just to inform that you're still an active member

REASONS FOR DISQUALIFICATION
thrash talks thru text messaging and forum posts
flaming in forums as well as sms GM
double posting to own a page (pra s mga kating kati sa pawned =))
for double posts due to LAG, 2nd post must be edited as "DELETED"
NOTE
there will be a weekly (manual post count) update on forums
officers will vote for the GOTM every 20th day of the month
GOTM winner will be announced by the Soul Bearers thru text every 23rd day of the
month and will be posted on the 1st page of forums' Hall of Fame.
